According to TMZ, Amber Portwood has finally agreed to a plea deal that requires FIVE years in prison. Don't get too blown away- the court has allowed her to complete a drug rehab program which means that she won't have to actually spend any time in jail at all. If she fails to complete the program, however, she'll be immediately sent to prison to serve her time.
If you don't already know, Amber was arrested December 19 for drug possession and refusing to provide a urine sample, which was a violation of her probation. She remains in custody until February 6, where a judge will have to agree to the deal.
